Making material list(s) for projects and submitting to supervisor for review.Soldering copper pipe and utilizing the standard tools and materials required for those types of procedures.Using power tools associated with plumbing trade, cutting and threading pipe, utilizing motorized and mechanical tools, and familiar with building, life, and safety codes.Possessing working knowledge of the methods of installation and repair of commercial plumbing, as well as safety precautions of the plumbing trade.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Reporting directly to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor I, the primary purpose of this position is to install, maintain, alter, and repair plumbing systems and components at the journey level of the plumbing trade. To be eligible for a sign-on bonus, the candidate must not have worked as a probationary, permanent, or time-limited employee in the last 12 months as an employee subject to the State Human Resources Act.
